Governance Process
(GP)
How the Board will conceive, carry out and monitor its own work.

Executive Limitations (EL)
Constraints on executive authority which establish the practical, ethical and legal boundaries within which all staff activity and decision-making will take place and be monitored.

Board/Superintendent Relationship (B/SR)
How authority is delegated and its proper use monitored; the superintendent role, authority and accountability.

Ends (E)
Organizational impacts, benefits, and end results for specified recipients and their relative worth (what end result is desired for whom and at what cost?).
